• Agneta Apartments operate 24/7.

• Guests are welcome to check in from 14:00 on the day of arrival as indicated in the reservation. If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please inform the administration in advance.

• Check-out time is until 12:00. If you wish to check out later, please arrange it with the administration in advance. A surcharge of 20% of the room rate applies for each additional hour.

• A valid identification document is required at check-in.

• Payment is made upon arrival. You can pay in cash (euros), by bank card, or via bank transfer.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and common areas.

• Pets are not allowed in Agneta Apartments.

• Fire safety rules must be followed. In case of fire, call 112 and notify the administration immediately.

• Before leaving the premises, please turn off electrical appliances. If you notice any equipment malfunctions, notify the administration.

• Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00. Please respect the rest of other guests. If noise disturbs you, inform the administration immediately.

• During the day, please also avoid loud noises that may disturb other guests.

• Guests are provided with equipment such as cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, an electric kettle, capsule coffee machine, iron, etc.

• Guests are responsible for any property damage caused and must compensate for any losses.

• The administration reserves the right to evict guests who violate these rules or disturb public order.

• Upon departure, guests must return the room key to the administration.

• Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. It is prohibited to use the internet for illegal activities (e.g., downloading illegal content).

• The administration is not responsible for personal belongings left in rooms or common areas.

• Parking spaces must be used responsibly – blocking other vehicles is prohibited.

• Guests’ personal data is processed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania on data protection and used solely for the provision of accommodation services.

• Additional services are available upon request (e.g., extra room cleaning, late check-out, excursion information) – please contact the administration.

• Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, Lithuanian law will apply.
