The mineral waters used at Druskininkai Health Spa belong to the chloride-sodium-calcium mineral water group and vary in low, medium, and high mineralization, including brine. The bath and pool water comes directly from wells located in the Health Spa Park, while the therapeutic peat is extracted from a quarry in Mašnyčiai village.

All therapeutic treatments are carried out using natural mineral water and healing mud.
